Provide customer-focused consultation by developing HVAC controls-related solutions, advising on financial and performance considerations, and identifying market opportunities. Convert leads into opportunities by routing through the right sales process and coordinating required sales resources. Build and execute account business plans to support long-term, profitable partnerships, assist customers with technical questions on HVAC controls and Trane products, and coordinate as needed while traveling to customer sites.

•Develop and execute account-specific business plans to identify long-term mutual support requirements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of demonstrated experience or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or a Science degree.
•5+ years of solution sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Ability to engage multiple stakeholders, influencers, and key decision makers.
•Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, facilitate customer conversations, close new business, and grow existing account relationships.
•Valid driver license (DL number) valid and in state for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (within the last 3 years).
