Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop long-range demand and sourcing guidance and define commodity strategies that balance cost, availability, and risk.
  • •Partner with Product Group, Product Operations, Procurement, and Global Planning to align and execute planning strategies.
  • •Manage market commodity long-range sourcing guidance with the Global Commodity planning & procurement team, including demand sensing, supply planning, and transition planning.
  • •Own commodity-level supportability, including demand sensing, transition planning, and performance measurements.
  • •Act as the primary stakeholder interface (POC) for designated commodities, leading transition planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, finance, or related fields.
  • •Strong business and financial acumen with advanced data modeling skills (e.g., Excel, analytics tools).
  • •Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with structured thinking.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • •Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
