Coach and accompany leadership figures at the Köln site, supporting agency owners and successors. Design and develop modern leadership standards, leadership programs, and targeted offerings for leaders, talents, and agency successors. Plan, moderate, and lead workshops and development formats for individuals and small groups, focusing on retention, motivation, and performance through change initiatives. Use INSIGHTS profiles to derive development actions, document outcomes, and work closely with the ZEP sales team.
