Senior applications engineer leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Digital Manufacturing applications for Constellation Brands. Owns requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support across Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Operations, collaborating with technical and business teams to drive ROI and technology adoption.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, design, test, implement, and support applications as part of the Digital Manufacturing applications strategy across Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance and Services.
•Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements and translate them into deployable, scalable application solutions.
•Support and continuously improve deployed applications; provide excellent customer service and address issues; analyze process problems for improvements or corrective actions.
•Convert complex roadmap features into agile user stories and develop a feasible release plan; execute against the plan.
•Manage and track deployment cycles, identify roadblocks and risks, assign tasks, coordinate efforts, and review completed work across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent)
•5+ years of experience in digital applications/ manufacturing systems
•Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to present to all levels of the organization
•Experience with the digital applications implementation lifecycle, troubleshooting, design, testing, change management, and configuration of applications
•Experience working with vendors, IT and business teams; adaptable to fast-paced environments
