Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications and develop cost estimates, ensuring accuracy of quantities, sizes, configurations, voltage, options, and related project components.
  • •Provide estimating support for equipment sales and assist account managers in bidding HVAC projects by preparing proposal materials.
  • •Consult with account manager, project manager, subcontractor, supplier, and/or customer to develop and discuss potential solutions.
  • •Coordinate selection, pricing, and integration of equipment, controls, and services for each project, including preparing and reviewing equipment submittals.
  • •Assist with proposal pricing, selling strategy, and developing the project fulfillment schedule with the project team.

Key Requirements
