Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement talent development and leadership programs aligned with business objectives across Southeast Asia.
  • •Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential employee development across SEA.
  • •Partner with Product Service Line (PSL) leaders, Country HR, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
  • •Analyze talent and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leaders.
  • •Coordinate learning and development initiatives, track talent metrics and program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with talent process governance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, L&D, or HRBP roles.
  • •Experience supporting multi-country populations within Southeast Asia.
  • •Strong experience in succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and people analytics.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
