Job Summary

Drive talent management and development across Southeast Asia by supporting succession planning, leadership development, talent reviews, and workforce capability initiatives. Partner with HR and Product Service Line (PSL) leaders to identify capability gaps, build leadership pipeline and bench strength, and provide actionable insights from talent and workforce data. Coordinate learning programs, track talent metrics and program effectiveness, and support governance and compliance across talent processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Implement talent development and leadership programs aligned with business objectives across Southeast Asia.
•Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential employee development across SEA.
•Partner with Product Service Line (PSL) leaders, Country HR, and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development priorities.
•Analyze talent and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to leaders.
•Coordinate learning and development initiatives, track talent metrics and program effectiveness, and ensure compliance with talent process governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
•Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, L&D, or HRBP roles.
•Experience supporting multi-country populations within Southeast Asia.
•Strong experience in succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development, and people analytics.
•Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, facilitation, and communication skills.
