Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver spa treatments and whole spa experience to a high standard in line with Resense training.
  • •Connect and communicate with guests by understanding needs and recording preferences as required.
  • •Be knowledgeable of treatments and current promotions, and ensure correct use and quantities of products.
  • •Complete guest handovers, follow up on treatment experience and satisfaction, and address any discrepancies.
  • •Support day-to-day operations: appointments, cleanliness and hygiene, safety of users/equipment, and achieve spa sales targets.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years spa therapy experience.
  • •Internationally recognized massage certificate.
  • •Internationally recognized beauty therapy certificate.
  • •Aromatherapy certificate.
  • •First aid and CPR certificate (advantage).
