Job Summary

Own partner GTM conversations end to end for Pleo Embedded—driving proposals, RFPs, and commercial discussions through signed deals. Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders at banks and tech platforms, act as the ongoing partner relationship owner post-signing (implementation, revenue reporting, QBRs), and sharpen value messaging. Collaborate with marketing to translate the Embedded story into pipeline-driving content, campaigns, and events while feeding market insights back into product and commercial.

Key Responsibilities

•Own partner conversations end to end, from first interest through proposals, RFP submissions, and commercial discussions to signed deals.
•Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at blue-chip banks and platforms, mainly at C-suite level.
•Serve as ongoing relationship owner for key partners post-signing, overseeing implementation, revenue reporting, and QBRs.
•Sharpen and communicate the value proposition to banks and platform partners.
•Collaborate with marketing to translate the Embedded story into content, campaigns, and events that generate and nurture pipeline.

Key Requirements

•4-7 years of experience across consulting and/or startups, ideally across a mix of roles.

•Exceptional communication skills to explain complex, technical products to non-technical audiences.
