Own monthly financial close and US GAAP/local books, including balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, and reporting deliverables. Lead statutory audit preparation and technical memos, with board-facing presentations. Maintain expertise in US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102, collaborate across Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and Legal, and oversee outsourcing partners to ensure timely, accurate compliance and filings while continuously improving processes through simplification and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead monthly financial close for US GAAP books and local books, including reconciliations, supporting schedules, flux analysis, and deliverables.
•Own financial statement preparation and technical memos, support audits, and present outcomes to the board of directors.
•Produce technical accounting memos with fluency in US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and Legal on varied projects.
•Supervise finance outsourcing partners to ensure compliance and accurate, timely filing requirements.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 audit training and industry experience.
•Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle or equivalent).
•Experience with large audits and tax filings (central and local teams).
•Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and FRS102/IFRS.
•ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification, plus a degree in accounting or finance.
