Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead monthly financial close for US GAAP books and local books, including reconciliations, supporting schedules, flux analysis, and deliverables.
  • •Own financial statement preparation and technical memos, support audits, and present outcomes to the board of directors.
  • •Produce technical accounting memos with fluency in US GAAP and IFRS/FRS102.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally with Tax, Transfer Pricing, Treasury, Corporate Accounting, and Legal on varied projects.
  • •Supervise finance outsourcing partners to ensure compliance and accurate, timely filing requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of accounting experience, preferably with Big 4 audit training and industry experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of accounting systems (Oracle or equivalent).
  • •Experience with large audits and tax filings (central and local teams).
  • •Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and FRS102/IFRS.
  • •ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification, plus a degree in accounting or finance.
