Job Summary

Lead complex transportation and water design-build programs from concept through delivery, overseeing multi-disciplinary highway and transit workstreams across multiple geographies. You’ll develop program plans, budgets, timelines, and milestones; manage risks and compliance; coordinate cross-functional teams; and present regular status updates to executive stakeholders. This role also includes mentoring junior program managers, negotiating complex vendor/partner contracts, and driving change management to support successful program implementation and adoption.

•State Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to obtain within twelve months.
