Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support delivery of complex data and analytics transformation initiatives focused on Python-based solutions for Financial Services clients.
  • •Design, develop, and maintain Python-driven data pipelines, analytical models, and reusable components that meet business, technical, and governance requirements.
  • •Enhance and refactor Python codebases to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability aligned to enterprise data standards.
  • •Use Python for data analysis, data modeling, and transformation to support reporting, analytics, and AI/ML use cases.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into production-ready Python solutions and produce technical documentation and data artifacts.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience in Python development within Financial Services.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing and analytics, including pandas and NumPy.
  • •Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and data governance standards.
  • •Solid experience working in SDLC and Agile delivery environments as an individual contributor.
