Key Responsibilities

•Manage and technically guide a DFT team for X86 CPU DFT design and validation.
•Develop execution plans for parallel activities across multiple DFT projects to ensure timely delivery.
•Implement JTAG and memory test circuitry (Memory BIST, Memory Repair) using industry-standard tools.
•Drive DFT verification (scan, arrays, DFD) using RTL simulations and emulation.
•Debug DFT failures, collaborate with post-silicon/manufacturing teams on ATE, and align cross-site timelines and deliverables.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in DFT at IP or SoC level.
•5+ years of experience managing and leading teams.
•Strong knowledge and experience in Spyglass DFT.
