Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of your assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment and assets.
  • •Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and Dasher pickups run smoothly by communicating with customers as issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift; ensure safe and productive work, serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen; engage in day-to-day tasks and lead by example with professional interactions.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help optimize overall operations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (college diploma is a plus) and at least 18 years old.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.

  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets; flexible schedule with multiple shifts.
  • •Proven track record in food & beverage, warehouse, and/or retail environments.
