ETCH Process Support Engineer

Provide high-visibility on-site support for ETCH and related semiconductor process equipment, including installations, system diagnostics, service, and repairs. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop advanced manufacturing processes, run hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs), analyze statistical data, and compile technical reports. Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve process and customer product problems while communicating across stakeholders and serving as a resource to junior colleagues.
