Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full recruitment and talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing strategies, job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • •Coordinate with department and venue managers to identify staffing needs and plan for openings and seasonal peaks.
  • •Manage employee relations across the group, including engagement, employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • •Handle the full employee lifecycle through to exit, including performance improvement, disciplinary process, terminations, and off-boarding documentation.
  • •Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and administer performance programmes, development plans, compensation/benefits, and HR policies and records.

Key Requirements

  • •2–5 years’ experience in a generalist Human Resources role, with supervisory/management experience an advantage.
  • •Demonstrable working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and UAE HR practice, including contracts, probation, working hours, leave, end-of-service gratuity, visa and MOHRE processes.
  • •HR experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or other multi-site, shift-based operations.
  • •Proven capability managing employee exits professionally and compliantly with documentation through to final settlement.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
