Job Summary

Support the Store Manager to drive and exceed store sales and performance goals. Help lead day-to-day execution on the shop floor—monitoring KPIs, coaching the team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. When the Store Manager is absent, ensure continuity of operations and service quality. Work within a 6-person team at the Villefontaine Outlet Village.

•Handle on-the-ground store operations including receiving merchandise, merchandising, inventories, and loss prevention.
•Cover for the Store Manager when absent to ensure continuity and maintain service quality.
