Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end deployment projects on-site in customer data center environments, including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations.
  • •Act as the customer’s trusted advisor and primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution.
  • •Drive disciplined scope management by identifying out-of-scope requests and facilitating formal change requests with customer approvals.
  • •Use predictive risk insights to detect early warning signals (e.g., schedule slippage, resource gaps, vendor delays, site-readiness blockers) and intervene proactively.
  • •Continuously improve delivery methodologies and reporting by embracing emerging technologies and AI-driven tools, and communicate daily/shift-level updates to program leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of project or program management experience in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations, delivering complex customer-facing deployments.
  • •Ability to serve as a credible onsite lead and advisor, coordinating technical teams, vendors/contractors, and customer executives with exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
  • •Proven experience managing multiple concurrent deployment workstreams while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including daily tracking and transparent reporting.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel frequently across EMEA (mainly Nordics and Iceland), including extended onsite rotational periods.
  • •Fluent in English and one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish).
