Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a project management team, ensuring delivery of accountabilities and service excellence on major projects.
  • •Own client communications and oversee project management services, including strategic and operational management of services across sectors.
  • •Drive business growth by acting as a brand ambassador, developing opportunities and leads, and preparing proposals/RFP responses.
  • •Manage planning and controls including resource planning, financial management (revenue, margin, fees), risk mitigation, and performance measurement using KPIs.
  • •Improve quality through process improvement, knowledge management, compliance with quality standards and ISO audits, and internal/external audit coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction; graduate degree preferred.

  • •Proven track record leading successful project management service delivery for clients.
