Job Summary

Join the Live Nation Experiential freelance roster to help conceive, build, and execute brand-integrated live experiences across festivals, venues, and tours. Depending on expertise, you may manage production budgets and timelines, oversee stage builds and technical production, lead experiential activations from ideation to delivery, coordinate event logistics and site ops, and support recruiting/training for event staff and brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee production management tasks including budgets, timelines, fabrication, venue searches, and on-site builds from load-in through load-out.
•Manage stage production and technical production, coordinating talent advancing and aligning with stage managers, backline crews, and touring teams.
•Lead or assist experiential producing from ideation to execution, managing stakeholders to ensure flawless delivery.
•Handle event logistics such as scheduling, asset tracking, travel, shipping, and crew communications.
•Support site operations by coordinating vendors/crew runs and handling day-of-show needs, including hiring/training staff and brand ambassadors when needed.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Prior experience in live events, brand activations, or experiential marketing (festival, touring, hospitality, or venue experience preferred).
•Proven expertise in one or more areas such as vendor management, logistics, fabrication, production, budgeting, site ops, or artist management.
•Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in high-pressure, ever-changing environments.
•Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or project management platforms (bonus for rendering, CAD, or social media).
•Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset, with willingness to travel and work nights/weekends for on-the-ground execution.
