Key Responsibilities

  • •Own critical high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes that enable rapid device miniaturization and integrated circuit mass production.
  • •Conduct tests and measurements to ensure control of critical dimensions and defectivity; recommend and implement equipment/process modifications to improve efficiency and output.
  • •Own equipment maintenance and repair activities and initiate continuous improvement for equipment and process KPIs (safety, quality, cost, productivity, defects, yield).
  • •Develop and optimize excursion prevention systems and detect discrepant material or activities for equipment and process.
  • •During factory ramps, own equipment installation/conversion and qualification to ensure safe install and timely schedule while meeting quality/matching criteria; support technology transfer via training and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automation Control, or other relevant technical/engineering discipline.
  • •Knowledge of schematic/electronic circuitry interpretation.
  • •Experience with data analysis using programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
  • •Be trained and proficient on industry-standard Tester and Handler Equipment (ATE) and test program concepts (e.g., sustaining, preventive maintenance, CIP, problem solving), or be able to develop test programs.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong spoken/written English communication; ability to work in a team.
