Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage project or sub-projects with business impact using Alfa Laval project methodology.
  • •Own long-term infra planning and end-to-end project lifecycle from feasibility and business case through approvals, engineering, procurement, construction, and handover documentation.
  • •Coordinate projects to maintain cost control, risk mitigation, on-time completion, EHS, and quality.
  • •Map project progress using look-ahead planning, proactively escalate risks, and drive mitigation actions.
  • •Manage project cost control/spend variance, support value engineering, and build/train the team while influencing stakeholders and factory/region India teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Civil Engineering graduate with relevant project experience in the same field.
  • •Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience as a project manager.
  • •Fluent written and spoken English.
  • •Experience managing projects involving cooperation with RE and civil work.
  • •Active Black Belt (or similar) and ability to read and understand GD&T drawings.
