Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage the annual workforce budget aligned to approved workforce plans, financial objectives, and operational needs.
  • •Monitor workforce expenditures by analyzing budget variances and preparing reports for reconciliation and corrective actions.
  • •Design and maintain interactive workforce dashboards and reports for key HR metrics including turnover, nationalization, vacancy fill rates, and headcount trends.
