  • •Ensure world-class client service by acting as the primary point of contact for personal banking and wealth needs for expat clients.
  • •Build and nurture long-lasting relationships by understanding financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
  • •Develop and implement strategies to increase the value of existing client portfolios by proactively identifying wealth needs to improve satisfaction, retention, and performance.
  • •Proactively contact clients and address inbound queries while securing new business opportunities.
  • •Forge strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including Wealth Managers and teams across Branch, Mortgage, and Commercial Banking.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working in relevant environments such as retail banking, relationship management, or front office.
  • •Deliver outstanding customer service and proactively find innovative ways to improve it.
  • •Strong organisational skills to handle inbound queries and make outbound contact from a client portfolio.
  • •Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in financial services, including consumer duty.
