Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics leading an organization, creating strategic plans, and operationalizing teams to meet business goals.
  • •Working knowledge of SQL/querying languages, including table creation/indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
  • •Preferred experience in strategic planning and solutioning, along with understanding of data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Preferred knowledge of modern business intelligence and visualization tools including Microsoft PowerBI, and demonstrated ability mentoring and training people leaders.
