Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide managed service to ensure clients’ security infrastructures and systems remain operational.
  • •Proactively monitor, identify, investigate, and resolve security incidents and requests without breaching SLAs.
  • •Configure and maintain SIEM detections: create/customize security rules, monitor alerts, and take actions based on severity.
  • •Develop and document incident response procedures; lead or assist incident response through all phases to closure.
  • •Optimize SOC toolsets and SIEM performance; write incident reports/tickets and maintain documentation for audits and compliance readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in SOC along with SIEM (Splunk).
  • •2+ years of hands-on experience in Splunk.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent IT/Computing qualification) or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
  • •Active CEH certification is must.
  • •Moderate experience with ticketing tools preferably ServiceNow, and working knowledge of ITIL processes.
