Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing learning materials, playbooks, and other culinary capability resources.
  • •Gather best practices, tools, and resources from the global innovation chef community.
  • •Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Sales) to inform culinary capability resources.
  • •Support deployment of culinary capabilities through internal communication materials and engagement activities.
  • •Assist in planning and executing workshops and ideation sessions, including preparation of materials and coordination with relevant parties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 625 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills; Dutch not required but other languages are a plus
  • •EU working rights (EU citizenship, Dutch university enrollment, or relevant student visa)
  • •EU students must be enrolled at a university for at least 50% of the internship duration; Non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the whole duration
  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Food Innovation, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or similar)
  • •Strong organizational skills, ability to manage materials and coordinate with cross-functional teams
