Job Summary

Assist clients with originating residential mortgage loans by analyzing needs and advising on home lending solutions aligned to their financial goals. Develop referral sources and external centers of influence to grow the home lending client base and meet or exceed sales targets. Originate and process mortgage transactions, gather documentation, serve as primary contact through closing, and ensure high client satisfaction and loan quality while maintaining compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Prospect and develop new client relationships and loan originations through internal referrals and external centers of influence.
•Originate and process residential real estate mortgage transactions in line with home lending guidelines.
•Provide clients with detailed information about mortgage options, interest rates, and terms to support informed decisions.
•Gather necessary documentation at loan registration and serve as the primary client contact through the loan process.
•Maintain client satisfaction and loan quality by ensuring efficient use of sales/originator systems and workflows while staying compliant with policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

•1+ years mortgage sales experience (required).
•1+ years mortgage processing experience (preferred).
•Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, TIL regulations, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and RESPA regulations (preferred).
•Ability to assess borrower risk by analyzing credit, income, assets, and property data to meet lending guidelines and risk standards.
•Proficiency in initiating and processing loan applications, including gathering documentation, evaluating eligibility, and coordinating through closing.
