Communications Systems Test Engineer

Own end-to-end testing of coherent optical modem systems for real-world free-space optical communications. Design and run experiments from component qualification through full system integration, building test benches with BERTs, AWGs, high-speed oscilloscopes, OSAs, and coherent DSPs. Develop automated, repeatable test frameworks, perform root-cause analysis when results deviate, and translate findings into clear performance characterization and product decisions.
