  • •Lead high-profile client engagements, owning technical delivery, client relationships, profitability, and key project metrics.
  • •Identify and secure new Defence sector opportunities using your knowledge and network.
  • •Work on projects to shape solutions to client needs and manage delivery teams to achieve results for clients and colleagues.
  • •Advise senior leaders and executives on shaping business strategy and developing internal capabilities.
  • •Develop, lead, and manage key Defence relationships; coach and mentor team members, and represent AMCL through thought leadership and conferences.

Key Requirements

  • •A strong track record working in the Ministry of Defence with a broad network of contacts.
