Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for the Agent Framework with product management.
  • •Lead architecture, design, and implementation of a robust, scalable, high-performance Agent Framework.
  • •Integrate the Agent Framework into the Group AI Platform spanning on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • •Build and manage a global team of ML SMEs and full-stack engineers to deliver AI capabilities with high quality.
  • •Establish engineering best practices (CI/CD, automation testing, monitoring, observability) and ensure compliance with security and SDLC controls.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related subject.
  • •15+ years of experience developing and implementing software solutions, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and developing agentic AI solutions and a large-scale Agent Framework.
  • •Deep understanding of the agent paradigm (planning, short/long-term memory, tool use, orchestration, evaluation).
  • •Proficiency in programing languages such as Java and Python, plus CI/CD tools, automation testing, and observability.
