Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary named point of contact for a focused portfolio of key accounts, resolving issues across clinical, operational, and administrative needs.
  • •Proactively triage and resolve problems, coordinating clinical, operations, product, and billing partners while maintaining clear accountability and communication loops.
  • •Own overall account performance—including clinical, operational, and financial metrics—with direct accountability for growth and expansion beyond retention.
  • •Use utilization, outcomes, and financial data to identify white-space opportunities, build data-backed growth cases, and lead negotiations to execute signed expansions.
  • •Manage executive relationships and regular business reviews; lead provider onboarding launches within existing accounts while setting standards and mentoring across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services with a track record in progressively larger, more complex accounts.
  • •Healthcare experience required, with strong understanding of primary care delivery and administrative/clinical leadership contexts.
  • •Proven ability to balance hands-on servicing with longer-term strategic growth planning for existing accounts.
  • •Demonstrated success driving measurable expansion or growth revenue (not just retention), ideally including onboarding new sites, providers, or users.
  • •Strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills with experience engaging C-suite and senior clinical leadership; data-driven growth case building and comfort with Salesforce/Gainsight or similar tools.
