Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet guests, present menus, and provide recommendations or descriptions of menu items.
  • •Take accurate food and beverage orders, including noting special requests or dietary restrictions.
  • •Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and communicate them to kitchen and bar staff promptly.
  • •Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring accurate delivery and presentation.
  • •Check back with guests during the meal and handle inquiries or concerns while keeping the dining area clean and organized, including following health and safety regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of working experience in a waiter role; 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • •Knowledge of the restaurant menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and specials, to describe dishes and make recommendations.
  • •Proficiency taking accurate orders and entering them into the point-of-sale system, ensuring clear communication to kitchen and bar staff.
  • •Ability to serve food and beverages professionally with proper tray handling and tableside service, including wine and beverage pairings knowledge.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly while following restaurant policies.
