Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and supervise a team of warehouse associates, logistics specialists, and material handlers
•Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, put-away, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and inventory control
•Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and timely system updates in ERP/WMS
•Monitor and optimize material flow to support construction and data center operations, including just-in-time delivery
•Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment

Key Requirements

•4+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
•Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
•Strong knowledge of warehouse best practices, inventory management, and safety standards (OSHA)
•Experience with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and perform physical tasks in a warehouse or data center environment
