Key Responsibilities

•Perform Central Bank and Nostro reconciliations of ledger transactions against statement transactions as per procedures, checklists, and work instructions.
•Ensure all required account reconciliations are received/submitted on time; escalate late/missing reconciliations.
•Conduct End-of-Month reviews of reconciliation submissions and validate issues with respective owners for explanation and action.
•Daily monitor ADIB staff account credit transactions as a detective control to identify unusual activity and initiate investigations.
•Prepare MIS dashboards for Nostro and unreconciled balance sheet accounts for ICD Reconciliation Manager and relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Accounting background and understanding of banking products and services
•Proficient with MS Office and banking software (Intellimatch, EThix)
•Experience performing bank/Nostro reconciliations and end-of-month review
•Attention to detail with detective control capabilities for staff transactions
•Ability to prepare MIS dashboards and report reconciliations to management
