Partner with TikTok Ops teams across the US and LATAM to guide business decisions through financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. Own the FP&A process for key functions, including budget development, variance analysis, and periodic forecast updates. Support monthly closes and management reporting, lead business reviews with actionable insights, and generate improvement proposals to drive growth, cost efficiency, and strategic investment decisions.

•Provide strategic finance support and advice to finance and functional leads.
•Manage financial planning: build near-term and long-term budgets, monitor budget consumption, perform variance analysis, and update forecasts.
•Support monthly closing for management reporting and organize business reviews using financial and operational data.
•Analyze financial performance for the Ops regional business and US vertical teams, and propose performance improvement actions.
•Optimize financial practices and partner with other business units to support business decision-making through value-added and industry analysis.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (preferably in Statistics, Data Science, Finance or equivalent) or higher.
•Minimum 5 years of FP&A (or equivalent) work experience in Technology, Content, Publisher or Media.
•Ability to work with large volumes of data and present insights clearly.
•Experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
•Strong communication skills with logical reasoning and critical thinking.
