Job Summary

Own end-to-end product development for AI-powered enterprise system transformations. Work hands-on with customers to identify transformation pain points, prototype on the Celonis platform, wire data, and compose AI-driven applications into deployable solutions. Ship fast in an ambiguous environment, iterate directly with users, and scale solutions across Celonis customers by partnering with platform product managers, engineers, GTM, and UX.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship flexible AI-driven solutions for the full enterprise modernization journey, from ideation through scaling across customers.
•Compose capabilities from the Celonis platform into coherent, deployable solution offerings.
•Prototype hands-on using frontier AI development tools integrated into the platform, including wiring data and iterating with users.
•Move between customer, prototype, and production to discover transformation pain points and deliver working products customers adopt.
•Partner with platform product managers, engineers, GTM, and UX to ensure solutions get adopted and influence underlying platform capabilities.

Key Requirements

•5–7 years of experience in a product engineer, technical product manager, or comparable hybrid builder role.
•Proven ability to build coherent product offerings end-to-end, not just isolated features.
•Comfortable with data and prototyping/building (SQL, PQL, Python, MCP, Agents), with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
•Preferably demonstrated knowledge of SAP system composition (functional and/or SAP base) and modernizing applications and enterprise system landscapes.
•Excellent communication skills and willingness to work closely with customers and cross-functional stakeholders; very good English (German is a plus).
