Job Summary

Foster a safety, health, and environmental responsibility culture by supporting the District HSE Leader and delivering the regional HSE Annual Operating Plan. Ensure compliance and continuous improvement across operations by implementing HSE policies, conducting site inspections and audits, investigating incidents and near misses, and maintaining required HSE documentation. Manage the HSE Management System for the district and support training, PPE logistics, contractor HSE performance monitoring, and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards during field operations and support safe execution of service contracts.
•Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards at the field level.
•Conduct site inspections and audits to identify hazards, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
•Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; prepare reports and recommend preventive measures.
•Maintain accurate HSE permits and documentation, support risk assessments and JSA, and coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety readiness.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Science or Engineering.
•HSE qualification: Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institute.
•Strong influencing skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
