Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse, fully remote engineering team; build a culture of accountability, technical excellence, and psychological safety
•Structure engineering pods for autonomy with clear career ladders and succession planning; partner with Product Management to ensure cross-functional, customer-focused pods
•Oversee architectural integrity, security, and performance of high-volume, low-latency ad tech infrastructure; manage technical debt and optimize infrastructure costs
•Maintain robust data privacy, compliance, and security standards across all engineering operations
•Establish and monitor core engineering metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE); lead AI-augmented development tools adoption to improve delivery velocity
