Troubleshoot and repair plant maintenance issues during your shift, performing timely repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance. Ensure adequate repair parts are stocked, execute mold and machine maintenance, respond to machine alarms, and perform scheduled PMs with accurate service work order recording. Use MRO and work-order tracking systems, diagnose molding process adjustments, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues to maintain high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities

•Troubleshoot plant maintenance issues during shift and make timely repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance.
•Ensure scheduled PMs are performed and recorded per the Service Work Order, and enter/track Work Order Requests in automated systems.
•Troubleshoot molding process adjustments and diagnose mechanical problems across machines and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts.
•Perform mold setup and removal and complete mold and machine maintenance.
•Answer machine alarms, verify machine conditions (e.g., air pressures and temperatures), detect leaks, and react to prevent contamination.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting.
•1+ years of experience working in manufacturing.

•Ability to monitor machine output quality and respond safely to alarms and emergencies.
•Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, lift up to 35 pounds, and follow GMP and safety procedures.
