Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot plant maintenance issues during shift and make timely repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance.
  • •Ensure scheduled PMs are performed and recorded per the Service Work Order, and enter/track Work Order Requests in automated systems.
  • •Troubleshoot molding process adjustments and diagnose mechanical problems across machines and auxiliary equipment to produce quality parts.
  • •Perform mold setup and removal and complete mold and machine maintenance.
  • •Answer machine alarms, verify machine conditions (e.g., air pressures and temperatures), detect leaks, and react to prevent contamination.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical troubleshooting.
  • •1+ years of experience working in manufacturing.
