Job Summary

Lead end-to-end architecture for complex, multi-cloud Salesforce programs tailored to Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods, Automotive, or Manufacturing. Design scalable predictive and generative AI solutions in custom Salesforce environments, run technical design sessions with LLM-based review, and integrate Industry Clouds and third-party ecosystems. Own discovery-to–go-live scope with data governance, while providing technical governance and mentorship and delivering hands-on PoCs when needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions for FINS, RCG, Automotive, or Manufacturing challenges.
•Drive enterprise AI architecture by designing and integrating predictive and generative AI solutions in custom Salesforce environments.
•Run technical design sessions, architect and document solutions aligned to client objectives, and use LLMs (e.g., Claude) to review assumptions and simulate edge cases.
•Own technical and functional scope through the project lifecycle, including discovery workshops, data governance/guardrails, and go-live transition.
•Provide technical governance and mentorship to developers and testers, ensuring code quality, security models, and architectural integrity; build PoCs as needed.

Key Requirements

•12+ years in IT with 3+ years in Financial Services, Retail/Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, or Automotive domains.
•Proven Salesforce architecture experience, including Financial Services Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, or Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing), plus Sales/Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
•Experience leading 3+ large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations for global enterprise brands.
•Ability to deliver full-stack solutions across UI/UX, Apex/LWC, and complex integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP) plus data architecture.
•Strong knowledge of TOGAF or similar frameworks, and experience designing high-volume data and complex security models.
