Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a safety leader and support plant safety programs, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
  • •Oversee daily production to ensure production goals are achieved; manage schedules, timecards, and time-off requests.
  • •Monitor products for conformance to specifications and investigate/report when production standards are not met.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems by reading schematics; perform hands-on maintenance, repairs, PMs, and changeovers.
  • •Supervise and develop production employees, conduct performance reviews, enforce disciplinary processes, and ensure training is current.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals.
  • •Provide safety leadership in partnership with the EHS Manager and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies.
  • •Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, production supervision, quality, maintenance, or related experience (or equivalent combination totaling 5+ years).
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (SAP experience preferred).
