Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support to end users, focusing on VIPs and senior executives, resolving hardware, software, and network issues and managing ticket queues.
  • •Support executive meetings in executive meeting spaces using AV support expertise.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation and process-improvement opportunities for IT services and workplace technology.
  • •Onboard new employees, including system setup and training on workplace technology.
  • •Create documentation and training materials for end users and internal IT teams and contribute to workplace technology and office/real estate change policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • •Experience administering Windows and Mac client systems.
  • •Experience delivering executive-level IT support to senior leadership.
  • •Experience with AV support and troubleshooting.
  • •Good operational understanding of Azure AD, Okta, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence.
