Job Summary

Own end-to-end, customer-facing delivery for agentic AI deployments: define AI strategy and roadmaps, lead design workshops, architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, and manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to ship solutions that customers can adopt and expand. Accelerate development with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Vibes) and feed field learnings back into the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end customer engagement across the value lifecycle (Identify → Commit → Deploy → Consume) with ownership of outcomes.
•Define the customer’s Agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and agent design sessions; architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance.
•Manage deployment delivery end-to-end, including timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and drive measurable value realization.
•Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and provide a product feedback loop based on field insights.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS.
•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud.
•Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
