Key Responsibilities

•Prepare beverages for guests promptly and courteously, maintaining quality and consistency.
•Provide service brand behavior and genuine hospitality to exceed guest expectations.
•Serve banquet bar customers by suggesting cocktails/wine or non-alcoholic beverages and up-selling premium products.
•Maintain bar cart beverage/glassware levels, cleanliness, and accurate inventory and wine selection knowledge.
•Handle cash/checks/credit cards per Radisson policies and record accurate consumption at the end of each function.

Key Requirements

•Must be able to obtain and hold a valid Bartender’s License.
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•1 year of previous bartending experience in an upscale environment is preferred.
•Thorough understanding of safe and perceptive beverage service; excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to do basic math, handle cash, and work with Point of Sale systems.
