•Unit Economics: Determine the appropriate Single Unit P&L framework, analyze revenue drivers and costs to ensure IRR targets are met.
•Strategic Investment Appraisal: Provide financial partnership scenario analysis.
•Market Entry Analysis: Evaluate commercial structures and regional economic variables to optimize roadmaps.
•Performance Governance: Establish reporting infrastructure for new initiatives and translate operations into financial narratives for leadership.

•Sophisticated modeler who can build dynamic models with variables like construction ramp-ups, negative working capital, and lease capitalization.
•Sharp eye for detail with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-driven narratives and investment cases.
•Operational mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from scratch in a fast-paced, flat organization.
•Familiar with automated reporting tools (Netsuite/Adaptive, Workday Financials) and interested in leveraging AI to drive analytical throughput.
