Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end delivery of AI-based solutions, including roadmap, milestones, dependency management, and delivery governance across 1–2+ pods/squads.
  • •Plan solutions based on architecture for component integration (data ingestion, vectorization, retrieval, model endpoints, orchestration, UI/API, monitoring).
  • •Represent the pod in architecture reviews, governance, and senior stakeholder updates; provide crisp reporting and decision options.
  • •Manage delivery excellence by handling risks and NFRs (latency, resilience, security), release planning, production readiness, and incident learnings.
  • •Provide technical oversight across ML/GenAI selection and RAG patterns, including guardrails for data usage, sensitive data handling, access controls, content safety, logging, monitoring, and approval gates.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10+ years delivering technology initiatives, including AI/ML efforts, with hands-on comfort working alongside engineers on design decisions.
  • •Proven delivery of multiple AI use cases into production (not just proofs of concept).
  • •Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle (data prep, evaluation, deployment, monitoring drift) and the GenAI lifecycle (model selection, orchestration concepts, evaluation, safety).
  • •Experience leading RAG delivery, including chunking, embedding model selection, indexing/retrieval patterns, reranking, grounding, and citations/attribution.
  • •Working knowledge of cloud architecture and CI/CD for AI systems (MLOps/LLMOps concepts), plus data engineering fundamentals like lineage, quality, and access controls.
