Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a team that develops and implements user community and customer advocacy programs that build trust and drive product usage
  • •Create scalable advocacy, community, and customer review programs to surface customer successes and promote them internally and externally
  • •Research, experiment, and implement AI tools and approaches to accelerate team delivery and transform how work is done
  • •Partner closely across Customer Success, multiple marketing teams, Product Marketing, Customer Education, Revenue, and Product Operations to align strategy and scale impact
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts to improve how customer stories are surfaced using integrations, automation, data cleanliness, and disciplined program execution
