Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cybersecurity planning and execution across major infrastructure, transportation, utility, energy, aviation, water, and public sector programs.
  • •Develop project-specific cybersecurity strategies, architectures, roadmaps, and implementation plans, integrating security requirements into delivery, procurement, and solution designs.
  • •Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments and maturity evaluations; develop and maintain security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures; support audits and independent security assessments.
  • •Review and approve cybersecurity architectures for cloud, enterprise, OT, and PMIS environments, including identity management, access control, network segmentation, encryption, monitoring, and incident response requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain incident response plans, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity recommendations; mentor cybersecurity professionals and provide technical quality reviews across project portfolios.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • •15+ years of cybersecurity experience.
  • •5+ years leading cybersecurity programs, projects, or consulting engagements.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting infrastructure, transportation, aviation, utility, energy, water, or government projects.
  • •Experience serving in client-facing consulting/advisory roles and leading multidisciplinary project teams.
