Provide in-person and phone client service while building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Deliver consultative financial solutions across deposit, credit, convenience, and other product lines, and refer more complex needs to internal specialists. Meet individual and branch sales targets, support retail leadership routines, and advance product and sales knowledge through training. Take loan applications for consumer lending options, comply with internal controls and risk policies, and support teller duties as needed.
