•Lead annual/quarterly planning process and OKR setting for the SEA region.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze market trends and ads data to identify growth opportunities and strategic pivots.
•Oversee analysis of complex ads and marketing data to uncover revenue trends, client behavior, product adoption, and productivity gaps.
•Manage business rhythm (WBR/MBR/QBR) and craft high-quality narratives for regional and global leadership.
•Bridge the GBS SEA team with internal partners and orchestrate high-priority initiatives to ensure successful execution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, CS) or Business, or relevant professional experience.
•5+ years in strategy, management consulting, data analytics, or data science.
•Strong proficiency in business analysis with a hands-on approach to data.
•Ability to decompose complex business problems into structural frameworks and provide logical, scalable solutions.
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English for C-level audiences.
